1.Multi-media filter

The interior can be filled with quartz sand, activated carbon or resin fillers.
Different fillers have the functions of intercepting particulate matter, absorbing residual chlorine, reducing oxygen consumption or reducing water hardness.
Manual control or fully automatic control can be used according to user requirements.

Multi-media filters are widely used in water treatment processes. They are made of sanitary stainless steel and can be used alone, but most of them are used as pre-filtration for deep water treatment (exchange resin, electrodialysis, reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration).

Multi-media filters are commonly used pre-treatment devices for deep water purification. Different filter materials can be added according to process requirements.

The filter material of the multi-media filter should have sufficient chemical stability, and the flow rate and filter layer design must be reasonable to achieve ideal use and cleaning.

Compared with traditional water treatment systems, ultrafiltration membranes have the characteristics of excellent effluent quality, smaller footprint, lower energy consumption, stronger and more reliable membranes, rapid renovation and expansion, simple operation and management, etc., and have been widely used in municipal and industrial water supply plants, sewage plants and reuse water plants.

3.Ozone sterilization system

Principle: Mixing pump + pipeline mixing
Purpose: Mix water and ozone
Performance: The mixing effect far exceeds the traditional oxidation tower method

This ozone mixing system adopts a mixing method that combines “gas-liquid mixing pump + pipeline mixing” to ensure that the ozone mixing efficiency is greater than 90%, which can effectively reduce system energy consumption and accurate ozone mixing concentration. At the same time, the equipment occupies a small area and has relatively low requirements for the factory building.

4.Stainless steel sanitary water tank
