Automatic Empty Can Depalletizer Machine
The depalletizer is a new style machine that is researched and developed by absorbing advanced technology aboard. It is suitable for a different medium and large aluminum cans and glass bottle beverage production lines, some functions will be changed or added according to the customer’s actual requirement. The machine features easy operation, smooth running, large output, and easy maintenance.
Main Features
1. Replacing manual tank discharge and traditional empty tank unloaders, can save a lot of labor and improve production capacity.
2. Adopt a programmable computer control system to improve the accuracy of mechanical action and easy to operate.
3. The pallet lifting table is self-locking and lifting, and the pallet stacking machine adopts cylinder lifting and lowering, and the action is stable.
4. The method of pushing the tank can choose continuous action or single cycle action, and the operation adaptability is high.
5. It is suitable for emptying cans of tinplate cans and aluminum cans of various sizes.
Advantages
1. The main frame of the depalletizer is made of carbon steel, and the outer surface is painted. (color customer can specify)
2. The inner side door panel of the depalletizing storehouse is made of SUS201, and other parts are made of carbon steel.
3. The depalletizing adopts the cylinder clamping-to-push method.
4. The cardboard between layer and layer on the pallet adopts the automatic sucking method (semi-automatic adopts manual picking).
5. The length of the empty bottle conveying net chain is 4 meters.
6. Equipped with an automatic collection mechanism for empty pallets.
7. Equipped with operating the platform, the surface of the platform is covered with anti-slip checkered boards, including a guardrail, ladder, etc.
