Working Principle

When the sensor senses the bottle, the label feeding motor starts and starts to send the label; when the position-reaching signal of the label feeding motor is received, it means the label feeding is completed, the label feeding motor stops feeding the label; the label cutting motor starts to cut the label. When the label is sent, the bottle does not stop during the label-cutting process. When the bottle-pushing electric eye finds a bottle coming and thinks that it is necessary for continuous production, the bottle-feeding screw starts to push the bottle (the function of the bottle-feeding screw is to divide the bottles that come from unequal distances from a new equidistant to the same initial speed), The bottle enters the core unit of the sleeve labeling system. When the sleeve labeling electric eye senses that there is a bottle coming, it immediately transmits the information to the control center PLC, and issues 4 instructions in sequence and consecutively through the PLC: label feeding, bottle positioning, label cutting, and sending out, when the bottle is out, the labeling process of a bottle is completed, and then it enters the label shrinking unit.
