It integrateds bottle washing, filling and capping into one unit, in order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing. The washing machine uses multi-washing liquid spray and thimerosal spray, the thimerosal can be used circularly. The capping machine can be cap barrel automatically. The line equips with water spraying device in order to ensure those caps sterile and clean, it also can automatically carry out barrel, washing, steriizing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging, with complete function.
Description

- Adopt multi-bottle up and down mechanism to make 6 bottles up and down at the same time to improve production efficiency.
- Material choice is reasonable. Most parts adopt imported high-quality stainless steel. Other parts adopt non-toxic and durable material.
- Most mechanisms can be installed and repaired with general tools, convenient for the maintenance man to replace and repair.
- It has perfect safety protection precautions. While pressing down the emergency stop switch, the machine can’t be started, and maintenance and raw material dosing can be done at this moment.
- Bottle up and down equip position inspection to protect the machine effectively.
- Cap sorter equips cap shortage detection to control the start and stop of the cap unscrambler.
- Bottle up and down mechanism connection with rinser conveyor is done at the level position to avoid the influence by the declined bottle.
- The adjustment of the main drive gear and chain can be done by disassembling the cover when the machine stops. Install the cover when the adjustment is finished.
- Pneumatic line system equips pressure deducing valve to adapt to all feed air pressure.
- Bottle conveyor adopts stainless steel flat-top chain to avoid bottle overturn.
- It adopts stainless steel electric control cabinet. The whole working process as bottle up, bottle rinsing, bottle down, and filling are controlled by PLC.
- Main electric components (frequency converter, PLC, photoelectric switches, relay) adopt MITSUBISHI, OMRON, etc.
- Pneumatic line system adopts product of AirTAC, etc.
